Budgetara is a personal finance tracking tool that allows you to manually record transactions, manage budgets, track goals, and analyze your spending. The Service does not connect to banks or financial institutions on your behalf. All financial data is entered manually by you.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Budgetara. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

We strive to keep Budgetara available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or updates and will not be liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from such interruptions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budgetara and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or financial losses based on information tracked within the app.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
